Hey, it’s Trecia here. Now, you might know me as that straight-talking affiliate marketing guru with a penchant for making things simple, but guess what? Like a fine wine or those jeans you finally break in, it was a journey getting here. 

Back in 2015, which feels like a century ago in internet years, I decided to dip my toes into affiliate marketing. You could say I was lured by the siren song of passive income while juggling life as a new wife and mom. Oh, and did I mention my hobbies? 

When I'm not geeking out over conversion rates, you'll find me strumming on my guitar or belting writing tunes that can land me on stage one day. And because I’m a glutton for entrepreneurship, I also got into website building. Because why not?

But here’s the real tea: the road to affiliate success? It’s paved with more potholes than a backstreet in need of some serious TLC. I got ripped off. And not just a “whoops, there goes $20” kind of ripped off. We’re talking big, ugly scams that had me questioning my life choices. But, being the stubborn maven that I am, I didn’t just throw in the towel.
I leaned into my love for learning and tweaking; I guess you could say affiliate marketing became my 9th hobby. Through good ol’ trial and error (heavy on the error), I made a breakthrough. That’s right, folks. I cracked the code on making affiliate marketing work for me, and not just in a “buy my coffee type of way.” I mean actually turning a profit and having something substantial to show for it.

Now, fast forward to today, and I’m here teaching others how to dodge the bullets I took. Think of me as that big sister in affiliate marketing. The one who’s already been through the murky waters and emerged with her wig still intact and ready to spill all the beans.
My main message? Don’t get discouraged by the setbacks. Every scam, every mistake, and every “what in the affiliate hell?” moment was a stepping stone to where I am today. And if I can help steer you clear of those setbacks and fast-track your way to success, then all my past headaches are worth it.
